Kaikoura Waterfront Apartments

We had a great experience at the waterfront. the hosts, poppy and bruce, were really good and made us feel right at home. our apartment was immaculate, with everything we needed in the kitchen, including a thoughtful touch of a small bottle of milk. the beds were comfortable, and the eco-friendly toiletries were a nice bonus. overall, it was a good stay, and we would highly recommend it.

New building and rooms with king bed.

Everything met needs, had a very very good stay by extra night. The room was decent sized, I liked the bed and wonderful bathroom. The staff team was excellent.

Absolutley dissapointed! No towels racks in the bathroom, just a bizarre oversight really. And did anyone mention that the guests are little more noisy than expected? I woudl ve thought with my extra charge for the upgrade, i'd at least be treated like a VIP. Was so close to leaving a good review but just couldn't.

the room was newly renovated, which also was neat. it was convenient having a balcony, an adjoining terrace, and an air conditioner.

Hotel was fairly clean, genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff.

I was really let down by the lack of privacy in the downstairs unit. Everyone walking by could see right in. I expected a nice view but ended up staring at the road instead. Such a letdown!

Fantastic location, exceptional views of the mountain and lovely friendly staff. Reasonably large room plus a lounge area, a patio, and climate control. Location not far from the town centre and beaches and Dolphin Encounter. Also, accessable to the town center.

Great childproof courtyard!

The hotel has recently refurbished and good sized rooms with a bath and all the facilities, as for instance. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher are a nice touch. The venue provides a friendly service.

I had a fantastic stay and felt I got great value for my money. The unit was modern, super clean, and had an amazing view along with friendly staff who made the experience even better.

Hotel breakfast could use more variety in the options offered.

The smell in our apartment was unbearable, like stale cigarettes. Even with attempts to freshen it up, it lingered. The kids refused to stay inside, making our whole trip pretty uncomfortable and disappointing compared to our friends' rooms.

The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The decor felt modern yet cozy, and the outside terrace had a nice view of the waterfront. I loved the convenience of having free parking and being close to everything.
